  1. Team Leaders Development Course

    The Team Leaders Development Course (TDC) is designed to equip prospective supervisors with basic leadership and management skills on how to handle operative employees and enable them to work towards achieving organizational goals. The course will provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to lead people, coordinate different activities of the team and the necessary resources so that the team accomplishes tasks toward achievement of organizational objectives.
